Go Green Mobile Shredding offers the following services:
Document Purge Service
Utilizing the Shredfast System, Go Green Mobile Shredding will arrive at your location to provide your customized shredding service. The Shredfast System is safe and economical. All of the shredding is done within the vehicle to eliminate the danger of sharp and grinding parts, and it can shred up to 3 tons or 6000 lbs of material an hour.
Here is how the process works
- The documents and items to be destroyed will be gathered and separated based on material.
- We shred plastic separately from paper
- We shred paper separately from cardboard
- These items will be loaded into bins and attached to a rail system on our vehicle. Once attached to the rail system, the bin will be lifted and fed into the shredding system.
- Our customers can view the entire process. You can watch as the bin is attached to the rail system and emptied and then view via a monitor as your documents and items are shredded
- This additional security feature is provided so that you can ensure that in no way has your data been compromised or have any need for concern
- Once all of the documents and items have been destroyed, Go Green Mobile Shredding will unload the shredded paper and plastic at a certified recycling center.
- These centers will bail the material so that it can be sent to mills to be manufactured into new and similar products
Recyclable Material Transportation
GO Green Mobile Shredding is committed to being environmentally friendly, and will take any additional non shredded paper you have to be recycled as part of the services we provide you at no additional charge. This might include bulk mail, extra photocopies, etc.
For businesses that are not interested in using our environmentally friendly mobile document shredding service, we can provide a recycling service of picking up non shredded paper and transporting to a nearby recycling facility.
To Set-Up Service with Go Green Mobile Shredding
Service Arrangement
Go Green Mobile Shredding offers two basic service plans to provide document destruction.
- Document Purge Service
This is a one-time service event in which Go Green Mobile Shredding will set-up a date to arrive and destroy all of your confidential business and personal documents or items you can watch every step of the process to monitor your security and a Go Green Mobile Shredding team member will explain each step as it occurs. - On-Site Shredding Service
Go Green Mobile Shredding will pre-arrange a specific series of dates to accommodate your needs. This might be weekly, bi-weekly, every 4 weeks or customized to your requirements. Go Green Mobile Shredding will arrive to destroy your personal and confidential documents based on your individualized schedule.
Go Green Mobile Shredding can provide you with containers in which to keep your confidential documents for shredding. We have different types of containers and sizes that are available to meet your needs.
Here are examples of some of the containers Go Green Mobile Shredding can provide:
Executive console – this container has a slot in the front into which you to drop the material. It also has a key lock that you will have access to if you need to retrieve a document.
64-gallon Rolling Container – this container is larger and easier for you to move around your location; it also allows for ease in transporting materials to the Go Green Mobile Shredding Vehicle for destruction.
Cost of Service
The cost of our services, both document purge service and recyclable material transportation is determined by the following factors
- The amount to be shredded – The volume of paper to be shredded is a factor in price but there is no minimum amount necessary.
- The packaging of the materials – materials that are difficult to access or require separation by Go Green Mobile Shredding team member may affect price.
- The frequency of shredding service – How often Go Green Mobile Shredding is scheduled to service your facility
